With unemployment at an all-time low and millennials representing more than 50% of the global workforce by 2020, employers are increasingly learning that pay alone does not attract and retain a company’s most desirable and talented employees. Our modern workforce wants a work culture and benefits package that aligns with their personal values and essential needs. This poses interesting challenges for company leaders, as they are searching for innovative ways to foster employee engagement, loyalty and growth.
